ВВ/EG 12 indoor vacuum circuit breakers are designed for switching three-phase AC electrical networks with a frequency of 50 Hz and a rated voltage of up to 12 kV in nominal and emergency modes. The switches are designed for automatic reclosing and have a reliable service life.
BB/EG 12 circuit breakers can be supplied in fixed and withdrawable versions.
The circuit breaker drive is spring-motor, with the possibility of spring erection both manually and with the help of an electric motor.
The device complies with TU U 27.1-40169080-005:2021, DSTU EN 62271-100:2016 and the requirements of IEC60694, IEC62271-100 standards.
Design features:
Spring motor drive
Provides a constant speed of closing and opening of contacts, regardless of the human factor, both with remote (electrical) and manual operation. Provides a key and switch off in manual mode in the absence of auxiliary power. The use of high-quality components ensures a high mechanical and electrical service life of the circuit breaker.
Connecting Control Circles
Depending on the type of switch, the connection of the control circles can have different designs:
1. For fixed circuit breakers:
– Extended cable of the desired length
– Terminal block with screw terminals
2. For withdrawable circuit breakers:
– sheathed cable with plug
Switching control panel
The universal switching panel provides control of the circuit breaker with both direct and alternating operational current. Regardless of the type of auxiliary current, the board provides protection against repeated switching on (protection against “jump”)
Spot protection coils
Point protection coils have low resistance and can be used in deshunting circuits. The wear current is calibrated and tested in the range from 3.5 to 4.2A, which is important for BSD in a network with a small load.
Mechanical blocking
The mechanical interlock makes it impossible to operate the disconnector when the circuit breaker is on (before starting work with the disconnector, the interlock is guaranteed to turn off the vacuum circuit breaker), and also blocks manual and remote closing of the circuit breaker while operating the disconnector.
Status indicator
Clear and conspicuous status indicators on the switch housing clearly indicate the position of the main contacts (closed/open) and the status of the closing springs (closed/discharged).
