Power supply LLC “Vasishchevsky Plant of Vegetable Oils”

In July-August 2017, our company implemented the technical conditions for the power supply of “Vasishchevskiy Plant of Vegetable Oils” LLC in terms of:

• increase in the existing capacity up to 2000 kW according to the ІІІ category of reliability;
• transfer of the power supply of the enterprise from the ІІІ to the ІІІ category of reliability with the allocated power of 1500 kW in the ІІ category of reliability and 500 kW in the ІІІ category of reliability.

To implement the power supply of the enterprise, the following works were performed:

• topographic and geodetic survey with a total area of 15 hectares;
• an external power supply project was developed;
• the project was approved in JSC “Kharkovoblenergo”, utilities, local authorities;
• installation of a two-transformer substation of individual design with transformers ТМ-1600/10/0.4 with sectioning on the 10 kV side and automatic switching on of the reserve on the low side of 0.4 kV;
• installation of a protective earthing device KTП;
• installation of an oil collector (total volume 5 m3), oil drains and oil receivers;
• installation in the ground of a 10 kV cable line with a total length of 3090 m from cables APvEVng 3×95/16 (1650 m) and AABL 3×95 (1440 m);
• adjustment of relay protection and a vacuum circuit breaker in the high-voltage cell of the Vasishchevo substation;
• commissioning and laboratory testing;
• commissioning of the installed object.

As a result of the work performed, “Vasishchevsky Plant of Vegetable Oils” LLC received, in the shortest possible time, the opportunity to power its own loads with high-quality electricity with a dedicated power of 1500 kW according to the II category of power supply reliability.
