A complex of works on the connection of the AKSA APD 1650 M diesel generator set for “Vetropak Gostomelskyi Sklozavod”
For "Vetropak Gostomelskyi Sklozavod" company, our company performed a complex of works on connecting the AKSA APD 1650 M diesel generator set in the amount of 2 pcs.
The list of complex construction and assembly works included:
- Installation of the foundation for the installation of diesel generators and generators;
- Installation of the grounding device;
- Installation of lightning protection with a separate grounding circuit;
- Installation of overpass and cable laying systems;
- Installation and connection of power cables;
- Installation of the necessary number of РУ-0.4kV cells with the necessary equipment;
- Complex of measurement of leakage resistances on grounding devices;
- Complex of КЛ tests;
- ПНС of generators and operating modes of capacity limitation;

Reconstruction РП – 27
Our company performed the reconstruction of RP-27 for the customer PJSC "Zaporizhjiaoblenergo". Cells with vacuum switches of own production "Energy Group" were delivered to the facility.
A complex of works was also carried out, which included:

Block complete transformer substation for “Chernigovoblenergo”
Our company "Energy Group" has produced a block complete transformer substation, which is a flexible solution for powering objects of any kind.
The block complete transformer substation is assembled from a monolithic block, which allows you to protect the installed equipment from the effects of weather conditions and maintain the stable operation of the equipment for a long time. It has metal doors on both sides, which are equipped with internal locks.
From the outside, the structure is covered with water-repellent plaster, namely marble crumb, which prevents moisture from getting inside. The roof is made in accordance with existing norms and requirements and protects against the penetration of precipitation inside the structure.
Delivered a complete transformer substation
Our company Energy Group delivered a complete transformer substation for the customers of Poltavahazvydobuvannya and Shebelynkahazvydobuvannya.
KTP 2x1000kva, installation work and cable laying on the overpass at the facility
Work on the facility in the village village Khrestyshche. A complete 2x1000 kVA transformer substation, control cabinets with frequency converters and a complete 3150 kVA transformer substation for connecting diesel generators were delivered to the work site. Installation work was also carried out and the laying of the cable along the overpass was carried out.
Emergency and restoration repair of PL-10 kV Tsirkuny
After the end of the military operations in the Kharkiv region, Energy Group carried out emergency and recovery repairs of PL-10 kV Tsyrkuny.
During the works, 8 km of 10 kV electric-overhead line were restored, damaged supports (more than 80 pieces), traverses and insulators were replaced, new disconnectors and all other necessary electrical equipment were installed. Sicame high-voltage fittings were used during installation.
Power substation “Zhukovsky”
We have completed the construction of the construction and supply of a complete, enclosed, enclosed enclosure of the 10 kV type, which is assembled from KЗO-319, on the basis of Schneider Electric electrical control and a microprocessor attachment, automation, control, and installation of the MRZS series.
КТП 1000 kVA for “Kharkiv Metro”
The work was completed in the shortest possible time, taking into account all the requirements and wishes. In the manufacture of КТП, Ukrainian-made materials were used to the maximum.

Avangard, Residential Complex “Grekiv Lis”
Production of another product from our company Energy group - КРПЗ.
This time, we supplied КРПЗ - 10 kV and КРПЗ - 35 kV. The complete closed-type switchgear was manufactured by order of Avangard for the residential complex "Grekiv Lis".
The metal structure of the КРПЗ in our case is easy to mount and has a modern and practical design. КРПЗ-10 and 35 kV were delivered to the installation site in separate transportable units and assembled on the territory of the substation. The КРПЗ blocks were equipped with cells of modern complete switchgears at the production site.
After the successful delivery of the equipment, a full range of works on installation, connection and testing is carried out.
JSC “Trest Zhilstroy-1”
Our production in the shortest possible time manufactured equipment for transformer substations and distribution points of Trest Zhilstroy-1 JSC in Kharkov, Kharkov region.
Our company has manufactured the following equipment:
– Production of KSO-319 type cells for voltage 10.6 kV in the amount of 40 pieces;
– Production of KSO-219 type cells for voltage 10.6 kV in the amount of 28 pieces;
– Production of cells of the ShchO-90 type for a voltage of 0.4 kV; in the amount of 51 pieces.

Completed reconstruction of the 6 kV overhead line with a length of 4.5 km, delivery of a complete KTП-1600 kVA transformer substation manufactured by EnergyGroup with a Tesar dry transformer. Despite the closed border and interruptions in transport logistics, EnergyGroup fulfilled all its obligations, the commissioning of the installed equipment took place on time.

Our company Energy Group completed turnkey work on the construction of a 35/0.4 kV substation for SC "Monolit". The key features of this project are complex remote control systems, solar battery protection and automation.
Reconstruction of the electric supply of PJSC “Dneprometiz”
To carry out the work, technical specialists developed a project for the reconstruction of the electrical supply and the design of the necessary equipment. After the completion of the preparatory work, a new two-transformer substation with an installed capacity of 3,200 kVA produced by ENERGYGROUP was delivered. The reconstruction of the Metiznaya substation was completed by the laying of a high-voltage power cable with cross-linked polyethylene insulation on the production site, and the testing of the installed equipment.
Design development and layout of TP-RP 6/0.4 kV “Sarzhinskaya”

The design of the substation was developed individually for the Customer. Overhaul of the “Stepanovka” 35/10 kV transformer substation for “Sumyoblenergo” LLC
